Women’s Golf and Travel is excited to offer a “Beautiful” 2019 Canadian Rockies golf trip to include not only beautiful scenery, beautiful golf but also a beautiful host.  Your special host is Meredith Kirk, Mrs. South Carolina and the only pageant queen that’s also a member of the LPGA. Meredith will offer valuable on-course golf instruction and create lots of memories too.

 

Your itinerary will take you to multiple  cities and towns within the Alberta province of Canada, including: Calgary, Kananaskis, Banff, and Canmore. The itinerary includes 5 rounds of spectacular golf and breathtaking scenery in the midst of the Canadian Rocky mountains. We have planned some exceptional excursions of your choosing to include the Johnston Canyon,  Moraine Lake, Lake Louise and Banff National Park and the Columbia Ice-fields and even a Glacier Adventure. Ride the Gondola up Sulphur Mountain, stroll the shops in Banff village, or opt for extra rounds of golf.

  • Cancellation Policy (by trip participant): Women’s Golf and Travel Concierge (WGTC) understands that issues may arise necessitating the cancellation of a previously booked trip. We are certainly sorry to miss spending time with any travelers in an unfortunate situation! For that reason, WGTC has created the following generous Cancellation/Refund Policy to help ensure that travelers may receive some portion of a refund or have the opportunity to participate in another trip of their choice in the future.

  • Cancellation Policy (by Women’s Golf and Travel Concierge): Women’s Golf and Travel Concierge (WGTC) reserves the right to cancel group-led trips due to limited signup. Every effort will be made to offer itineraries as stated (even with reduced numbers), but a minimum number of participants must be reached to obtain the special rates negotiated for accommodations and golf courses, and to cover the trip leader costs.
    • The minimum number of participants for the Canadian Rockies itinerary is: 18 participants.
    • WGTC will make an absolute determination 1 month ahead of the departure date and inform all registered participants.
    • Full refunds will be given in this scenario.
  • Trip Insurance: Women’s Golf and Travel Concierge does not sell travel insurance directly, but we strongly recommend it to any travelers with health issues, family concerns, busy schedules, etc. in order to recoup some or all of the fees not covered in our Cancellation/Refund Policy stated above.
