There are golf tournaments. And then there is the Solheim Cup.
If you’ve never been, it’s hard to explain what it feels like to be in such an electric environment, especially at the first-tee where Team USA and Team Europe go head-to-head. The crowd energy is unlike anything in women’s golf. It’s passionate, electric, high-energy music, and deeply patriotic, the kind of atmosphere that gives you chills whether or not you consider yourself a serious golf fan.
This September, Women’s Golf & Travel is heading to Solheim Cup 2026 at Bernardus Golf in Cromvoirt, The Netherlands and we are an Authorized Tour Operator for the big event. That matters, because it means our group gets access and logistics you simply cannot piece together on your own.
What Solheim Cup Actually Is
Solheim Cup is the premier international team competition in women’s professional golf, think Ryder Cup, but for the best female golfers in the world. Team USA vs. Team Europe. Match play format. Three days of competition so intense that grown women weep on the 18th green (in the best possible way).
It’s held every two years, alternating between the US and Europe. The 2026 tournament is in the Netherlands, a country we’re genuinely excited to explore together.
What Our Trip Looks Like
We’ve designed a 5 or 6-night experience built around the tournament, with our signature touches layered in. Here’s what’s included when you travel with us:
Our host hotel is the Hotel Nassau Breda, an Autograph Collection property, a historic hotel in the heart of Breda, walking distance to restaurants and shops. It’s not a generic airport hotel or city hotel. It sets the tone for the whole week.
Every guest receives a Brabant Pavilion Ticket, which gives you access to the grounds Wednesday through Sunday, a dedicated meeting spot for our group, upgraded food and beverage options, large screen TVs, and private restrooms. No general admission tickets, VIP access for our VIP guests.
We included roundtrip airport transfers from Amsterdam Schiphol (AMS), transfers to and from the tournament each day, our signature Welcome Event, and a Celebration Reception (of course to celebrate Team USA!) on our final night. These are the moments that make a Women’s Golf & Travel trip feel different from booking it yourself.
Want to play golf while you’re there? We have optional golf rounds on Wednesday and Thursday. Want to explore The Netherlands beyond the tournament? We’re offering curated sightseeing day trips with a local guide, lunch, and transportation included.
Who This Trip Is For
You do not need to be a serious golfer to love this trip. More than half of our clients travel solo and by the final night, they’re already asking what we’re doing next year. A Few Important Details
Spots are limited and we only have a few rooms remaining. Packages start at $4,475 for double occupancy (5 nights). Because this is a special event, all payments are non-refundable. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance.
