Cancellation Policy

Women’s Golf and Travel (WGT) has adopted the following cancellation policy. Unless otherwise stated in the trip’s initial description, deposits, payments and final payments are non-refundable to the traveler from WGT.

Many of our group trips require a certain number of guests to guarantee the negotiated group resort and golf rates. If the number of guests is less than planned, our rates could increase resulting in additional costs per guest in order for the trip to continue on.

Given the light of these variables, it is highly recommended that you do not book flights until we confirm that WGT has reached the minimum number of travelers. If you do wish to make early flight reservations, it is highly recommended that do not make non-refundable flight arrangements prior to a trip being guaranteed.

If WGT does not reach the minimum number of golf travelers needed to secure the trip, all payments will be fully returned to the intended travelers.

By signing up for a trip with WGT, the traveler releases WGT from any and all liability and is held harmless should WGT be unable to perform obligations related to the delivery of services if such failure is a result of Acts of God (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane, volcano eruption, or other natural disasters), pandemics, epidemics, war, invasion, acts of foreign enemies, cyber-attacks, hostilities (regardless of whether war is declared), civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power or confiscation, terrorist activities, nationalism, government sanction, blockage, embargo, labor dispute, strike, lockout or interruption or failure of any mode of transportation.

It is understood by the Client that each payment made to WGT will be disbursed as required by the contractual terms that WGT has entered into with supplier of services including but not limited to, resorts, golf courses, transportation providers, excursion vendors, restaurants and any and all other suppliers/partners, in order to provide the services agreed to for the trip to which the guest is registered.

As such, all required payments (deposits, second deposits/payments, final payments, etc) are non-refundable after each due date. If a guest does not pay a scheduled payment by the due date, their trip may be canceled after several attempts to collect payment. When a guest does not submit final payments, they will forfeit the monies already paid to WGT.

EXCEPTION TO POLICY:

Golf trips not meeting the required number of travelers may be canceled. Under these circumstances, guests will be notified via email and will receive a full refund. WGT is not responsible for any other cost incurred, including and not limited to flights, extra hotel room nights and any items of a personal nature.

Golf trips will be canceled and refunds as stated above in the event of a natural or health-related disaster preventing travelers from entering a given country.

By registering for a trip of any nature with WGT, the registrant is acknowledging full acceptance of the WGT cancellation policy.
