Spain is a beautiful country with rich architecture and a huge cultural heritage. Arguably it has it all.

Norman Foster

Where the soul is energized by the sol, much of Spain is sunny and has pleasant, mild summers and winters. Its temperate climate makes playing golf all year round possible especially in the regions of South of Andalucia, Costa Brava, Valencia, and the world-famous Canary Islands.

Its city Marbella in Malaga is the golf capital of Europe that boasts of a stunning,  dreamy setting. It stretches on the sandy Mediterranean coast with the backdrop of the Sierra Blanca Mountains. This resort city is dotted with some of Spain’s most popular golf courses that number to 400 sprawled across the country, drawing in many of the world’s top golf enthusiasts.

300 Days of Sunshine

The renowned golfing regions in Spain are Costa del Sol and Costa de la Luz from Malaga to Cadiz where the sun shines for 300 days every year. And whether you want your golf trip experience to be in the city, foothills, or the seaside, there’s a sunny spot for you waiting to host your drive.

The Solheim Cup, a biennial golf tournament with participants from Europe and the US is currently being held at Finca Cortesin in Costa del Sol, drawing in golf pros to this sunny coastal region.

Spain is steeped in history, tradition, sports, arts, and cuisine. Tourists easily fall in love with its endless offerings of local scenes, flavors, and romantic atmosphere.
